Peek a Bay View Cottage is a comfortable, cozy home consisting of the Cottage with one bedroom with a king-size bed, a den with twin bed, and a full bathroom with a deep soak tub. The property also includes a detached art studio space that will be included for groups greater than three (Please note there is an additional per guest fee for groups greater than three. The studio includes a living space (with large smart tv), 3/4 bath with shower, wet bar, queen size bed and electric fire place. (I only book one group at a time. No other groups will be at the property during your stay) The well-appointed yard includes a propane fire pit, and hot tub, positioned to enjoy views of the bay just a short walk down the street. A propane BBQ and patio area with a seating area perfect for enjoying the sounds of the nearby harbor. You will forget all your day-to-day worries as you become part of the charming community during your stay. It is the perfect spot to share a romantic getaway, small family vacation, or to treat yourself to an escape from the congested city, make it your home base to explore all to do in one of the most gorgeous areas in the world. The wild Sonoma coastline has so many beautiful spots to visit and explore including the charming towns of Freestone and Sebastopol just a short drive away. The home is close enough to walk to some wonderful restaurants, including Hog Island Oyster, Ginochio's Kitchen, Gourmet Au Bay, and The Tides Wharf and Restaurant. Hear sounds of the Bay just steps away. Enjoy the cozy cottage and our front deck. Sit in the hot tub and look out at the bay. Please note this is NOT a party house. The county of Sonoma enforces daily quiet hours of 9 pm-8 am for all vacation rentals. We ask our guests to abide by these hours and respect our neighbors and home.
