We really enjoyed our stay at the house — it has beautiful ocean views and is located right across from the sand dunes. Our kids loved sliding down the dunes with their boogie boards, something we used to do growing up at Dillon Beach, so that was extra special.
It’s a short walk to grab delicious ice cream at the general store and just across the road to the beach, which made everything very convenient. We also loved the layout of the house. The upstairs has two bedrooms, one bath, and the kitchen, which worked perfectly for the adults, while the downstairs in-law unit is completely separate. The kids had their own space down there, which was a huge bonus.
The host was wonderful — very communicative and always available. It’s a great setup for families. Lawson’s Landing is right around the corner, and our friends were camping there, so we were able to join them for a bonfire at the campground down the road at night. We’d absolutely stay here again.

This was a perfect property for our girls weekend away! There were only two of us, so we had more space than we needed, but enjoyed the feel of the house. We were able to walk downtown for dinner and felt safe. Location is convenient for wine tasting, parks, Charles Schulz museum, and other local sites. We will definitely return!

My family stayed here for a 3 day weekend with one goal- escape the hustle and bustle of life and unwind by the ocean. This delivered! We enjoyed our morning coffee from the hot tub and long walks on the beach. The views were spectacular, even on a foggy morning. I loved sitting on the window seat and reading a book.
The ladder to the loft is pretty difficult to climb but was fine for our 13 year old who enjoyed her privacy.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was wonderful. Amanda provided detailed instructions on getting to the place, door codes, etc. She was very responsive to our questions. everything was well labeled, clean, cozy. we really enjoyed the quiet and privacy this place provided. Even though the winds were howling outside we didn't hear a thing.

Amanda's place was so lovely - it was so well furnished and comfortable, and the directions were clear and easy to follow! We walked down to the lovely private beach every day. The kitchen was perfect for us to make meals together, and we had an exceptionally restful and wonderful time in Manchester. We spent the days enjoying the house, the hot tub, and the beautiful hikes along the coast and the river. We loved our stay, thanks for such a lovely time!

Gorgeous, serene and comfortable property with a lovely communicative host. The views and sound of the rushing creek were so lovely. We truly cannot wait to return.
Thoughtful touches throughout. Everything we needed to ensure we protected the floors and furniture from our dog over a very rainy weekend. Hot tub and pool were perfectly maintained. Checkin and checkout were very smooth and reasonable.

This was our second time staying with Amanda...which should indicate how happy we were with our stay the first time! She was persistent in working with the internet provider to fix their service...which says a lot since we were there over Christmas. We felt like she gave us her best!

This was really a great place. As advertised. Great location in a neighborhood, but felt very private. Great for our small dog with a deck that was secure and the porch was easily secured with a travel dog gate, so he could hang outside when we were outside. Hot tub had a great view of the ocean, and the sunsets were spectacular during our stay. Kitchen had everything you’d need and the grill worked great. Would definitely stay again.

Amanda’s place is such a gem, it is secluded and perfect for spending time with the nature. The amenities were all as described and we appreciated the toddler pack and play and high chair, and we had everything we needed to make home cooked meals. It is also not too far from restaurants and grocery store. We had a great stay and would love to return again.

This place is superb! The kitchen is well appointed. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. We were here in winter,so only used the hot tub, but it worked perfectly and was delightful. It’s a perfect house for 5-6 people.
