Tranquil retreat from the busy world. The house, surroundings and amenities were beautiful. We loved the wildlife, gurgling of the stream, and the outside space as much as the interior space. We will definitely stay here again. It was the retreat we needed. Amanda was fantastic.

My family had a great time in this home! it is spacious, comfortable and the yard is charming. The jacuzzi was relaxing, definitely a highlight. Amanda was responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!

I absolutely loved this place. Came here for my birthday, my partner and I were warmly welcomed into this cabin. The kitchen was stocked extremely well with cookware, and the bed in the master let me have the best sleep I have had in a long time. Great location, hot tub was incredible, warm, clean and easily accessible. Even though you could not really hear the ocean, i Would recommend to everyone, and would book again for a quiet weekend.

We came for an event in Santa Rosa, and we wanted a place that would accept pets for our friends who would also be coming. We loved the outdoor area with bistro table and the fire pit. Great for conversations over a bottle of wine! The kitchen was remarkable with enough pots&pans, glasses, tableware to cook at home - I have never seen such a well equipped kitchen in a rental; including plastic plates which we used for a picnic in Ragel Ranch Regional Park between wine tasting visits near Sebastopol. Everything about the house was well thought out. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable- I dropped an earring and had to search under the bed for it - nary a dust bunny there! Check out was also super convenient and easy - we had to leave at 7 am and so that ease was very welcome. Parking on the street at the house was always available while we were there. The location is not far from downtown restaurants and also close to groceries. All in all, we’d book again!!

This was a getaway with just the two of us plus our dog, but would be plenty of room for a larger group, and accommodating for children as well. The whole place was spotless, but free of chemical smells, very comfortable and well equipped. With the pool and spa it was like we had our own resort for the day. Very private, surrounded by trees, highly recommended if you’re looking for a secluded getaway. Not walkable at all, definitely a drive to town. Thank you Amanda!

We had such a wonderful stay and would recommend this home to anyone who needs a beautiful, wonderful place to stay in Santa Rosa! It was fantastic!!! Amanda was a fantastic host and answered any and all questions we had in a prompt and timely manner!

Amanda’s home in Santa Rosa was wonderful. It was quiet, comfortable, and incredibly spacious. The kitchen was especially well stocked, which made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The four of us spent a truly memorable few days here and would happily stay again.

This home is extremely well appointed. We have stayed in a fair amount of homes and our complaint is always that there is never enough comfortable seating for a group of people. This home has a large sectional couch and some comfortable chairs. Enough to fit 6 to 8 people. The outdoor pool area is beautiful. The beds are really comfortable! Amanda checked in with us but we never had any problems. The neighborhood is adorable.

What a great place, we loved every second of our stay. Very spacious house that has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Amanda’s communication and instructions were first class and she responded to our questions almost instantly. We visited Sonoma and Napa, both within an hours driving distance. Definitely recommend Amanda’s place!

Our stay was wonderful. The view is so beautiful. We had some breathtaking sunsets. Amanda always responded very quickly when I contacted her. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies. We also enjoyed the hot tub- the location of the tub is perfect for sunsets and star gazing.
