My stay here was amazing. Amanda’s property was beautiful and had everything you would need to be comfortable on vacation. Amanda left great instructions and was very responsive if I had any questions. I would definitely book here again.

I booked this Airbnb for a couple of my girlfriends visiting from home birthdays to celebrate in wine country and the location was perfect. It was private and secluded and off any busy roads. The hot tub was lovely for the time of year we stayed. The rooms were huge and the fact it has three FULL baths to accommodate 5 women was superb. Amanda was super helpful and friendly. Especially at the time of checkin since we got in a little later in the evening. There was a cute birthday card and wine waiting for my friends and overall a great time!

Enjoyed our stay! Great location with walkable (small hill) to restaurants, mini marts etc. Clean and very organized. I loved the huge bathtub (the water heated could handle filling it up)Bed and sofa were comfy for hanging out. There are steps to get into the house, 2 steps to get into the main living room and a step down into the bathroom. Not an issue all for us but might be for some with mobility issues.

The location was perfect for what we needed. This would be a great place for a family with the pool and game room (and summer.) such an easy drive to Santa Rosa too.

Such a beautiful place! Amanda was a fabulous host! Thank you for the Valentines chocolates and birthday wine, so kind! We loved having coffee in the outdoor swing listening to the water, so peaceful and relaxing! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the game room and all the wonderful amenities! Would love to bring my family back in the future! Highly recommend! ❤️❤️

Our stay in Santa Rosa was wonderful in every sense of the word. Our check-in was seamless and the instructions for the home made it so we felt right at home immediately. We loved the privacy of the fenced in backyard and the hot tub. We’ll definitely be staying again. Thank you, Amanda!

Beautiful, comfortable coastal getaway for a family of four and a dog. The home was incredibly well organized—everything was clearly labeled, which made it so easy to find remotes, light switches, and other essentials. Property was as described. The furnishings and finishes were warm and thoughtful and made the stay feel effortless. We loved the private beach access and took full advantage of it. Amanda was responsive and provided great local recommendations for dining and shopping. We’d absolutely return.
