Guests will enjoy expansive views down the coast to the Point Arena Light House. Cozy up with a glass of wine or your morning coffee in the window seats that line the front of the family room and master bedroom. Walk or drive down to the 7-mile-long private beach (Beach access is down a private road and is steep. There is a small entry point to the left of the gate that is accessible for passage to access the beach. Spend the day exploring the tide pools. Whales frequent the area and are often spotted. The local sea lions sometimes bob up and down and swim along the beach watching guests as they walk the beach. Take a local horseback ride down the beach with the local tour company. After a lovely day exploring the beach. Cook up a delicious meal in the spacious well-appointed kitchen. After dinner kick back in the hot tub and star gaze or hang out in the cozy, comfy family room, in front of the electric fireplace logs that dance to different colors and watch a movie on the large smart TV. Cozy Sea View Cabin is in a nice quiet community with spectacular views. Enjoy the back deck with a hot tub!

✔️ Daily quiet hours for vacation rentals in the county are 9pm-8am daily and are strictly enforced. ✔️ No charging of electric vehicles permitted ✔️ Pet policy is limited to 2 dogs maximum and must be disclosed at time of reservation. Pet fee is applicable. ✔️ Dogs may NOT be left unattended and guests must clean up after their pets ✔️ No parties or large gatherings are permitted ✔️ No Smoking ✔️ No loud music or fireworks are permitted ✔️ No more than 6 guests are allowed per the county permit. ✔️ Please do not cross over any neighbor's property lines while walking around the neighborhood. ✔️ Parking is not permitted on any grassy areas or on the roadside ✔️ No RV, Boats, or Trailers ✔️ No Smoking on the premises or in any of the indoor spaces.

✅ The fireplace is not a traditional wood-burning one. We have an electric log set that gives a good ambiance. Does not provide heat. The home has a mini-split heat and cooling system to provide temperature control for comfort year-round. ✅ Washer and dryer available. We ask for no more than one laundry load per week as the home is on a septic system and overuse could cause a backup. The dryer can be used as needed, please check the lint trap for safety. ✅ Electric vehicle charging is prohibited at the property. There are local charging stations in nearby Point Arena and Elk. ✅ One-time pet fee is $99. ✅ The open loft area is up a steep ladder with low ceilings ✅ Access to the Full Bathroom is through the master bedroom ✅ Irish Beach is experiencing ants, especially after a rain. I do have a regular pest service to help limit these types of issues at the house. But due to the beautiful remote location, it's impossible to get rid of them entirely. ✅ Peacock subscription that includes live TV is available upon request. ⚠️ There are standard Ring cameras positioned to monitor the exits, such as the driveway, front door, and backyard for safety purposes.
