Wonderful downtown location close to amenities, including world-class breweries, restaurants, coffee, and wineries, and plentiful outdoor activities. 1 hour drive to beautiful San Francisco. The backyard is private and serene and includes a hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, oversized swing, & fruit trees. The home has good natural separation between the two downstairs spacious bedrooms. There is a bonus room - den area upstairs accessible to guests with a queen-sized bed not included in the bedroom count but is part of the home. This is NOT a party house and is in a neighborhood setting. Vacation Rental quiet hours in the City of Santa Rosa are 9pm-8am daily and are strictly enforced.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced. ✔️ No charging of electric vehicles permitted ✔️ Amplified sound prohibited at all times. No parties allowed. ✔️ Pet policy is Limited to 2 dogs maximum and must be disclosed at the time of reservation. A pet fee of $99 is applicable. Dogs may NOT be left unattended. Guests must pick up after their pets. ✔️ 4 Short-Term Overnight guests. ✔️ Max of 2 additional daytime guests ONLY with hosts permission - Daytime guest hours 8am - 9pm daily ✔️ NO smoking on the premises or in any of the indoor spaces ✔️Parking is limited due to the downtown location. Some interruptions are outside my control, and not all can be resolved immediately.
