What a wonderful coastal getaway for my wife and our two pups! Easy access to all activities on the coast and in town. icottage, very clean and detailed instructions. I'm a rental host myself and plan to take away some of the guest communications/instructions for my place. Amanda was an abosulute wonderful host. We've found our place in Bodega Bay!!!

The house is on a quiet street but in a location that is close to everything Sonoma has to offer. The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and well equipped, the couches and chairs were comfy. We were on a girls wine tasting trip and loved the location. We took Ubers to Sebastopol, Healdsburg, and Kenwood. They were all about 15-25 minutes and reasonable. While the weather wasn’t so great for 2 of our full days we did have 1 nice day and we were able to enjoy the back patio and hot tub. Amanda is extremely responsive and all of our questions were answered so quickly. Plus she is so friendly. We can’t wait to visit again!

I absolutely loved my stay at this incredible cabin! It was so peaceful and relaxing the perfect getaway. My favorite part was sitting on the porch in the morning with my coffee, watching the deer and birds come right up into the yard. The cabin itself is clean, cozy, and very well maintained. The hot tub was spotless and made for the perfect spot to unwind while watching the sunset. There’s also private beach access nearby, which makes it extra special. I was not able to find the trail to the beach it’s a short, scenic walk if you can spot it. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, nature filled retreat with easy access to the ocean.

This home is a gem! We couldn’t be happier that we made the decision to stay at Amanda’s beautiful, cozy home. Everything about the home is perfection - the outstanding cleanliness of the entire space, the gorgeous backyard setting with beautiful fruit trees, the relaxing hot tub and fire pit, all of it went into making my sister’s 60th birthday celebration so special. The linens, dishes and glasses, furniture, bedding - all are first-rate. There isn’t a detail that Amanda has overlooked to make guests feel as if they’re in their own home. The home’s decor is lovely and refined. Amanda is a gem as well! Her communication with me was outstanding from start to finish. I felt that she truly cared about our comfort and happiness while we were her guests. I have never had a kinder AirBnB host! Thank you, Amanda, for being so wonderful. We can’t wait to come back to your place in Santa Rosa next year! Don’t hesitate for a moment to book this special home in the heart of Santa Rosa!

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary and this place was just as described. Beautiful and very comfortable. Bed, couch and hot tub were so nice. Very conveniently located to explore the beautiful area. We will definitely be back!

Amanda is such a wonderful host - thank you so much for everything, Amanda. She stayed in touch with us from the beginning to the very end. Amanda has genuine care for the guests. The photos do not do justice to how lovely and cozy the place is, we were surprised when we walked in - loved the open concept where you can do everything in one place. My dogs felt right at home, they loved sun bathing on the window couches. The hot tub was perfect and the BBQ grill was clean and easy to use. The kitchen was fully stocked! I was happy to find a pizza pan there after we picked pizza from the Pizza Parlor by the Pier - you MUST try the brick oven pizza from there! And of course the private beach access was what we came for - we love the Irish Beach as we have happy memories with our other dogs from there. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again!! Staying here was so peaceful and comfortable. I love the layout of the space and it’s great to have the backyard as an option to hang out and made it very inviting and cozy. The bed was so comfortable it was probably one of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced at an air bnb! I am looking forward to staying again in the future. Thank you for everything!

This place was great. It was a terrific location for our wine travels, easy to get to places in both Sonoma and Napa Valley. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day of wine tastings. Willi's Wine Bar (in town) was a great place for dinner.

Amanda’s Airbnb is one of my favorites ! It was decorated in a young modern style and very bright and clean . I loved the layout of the house and the indoor / outdoor feel because of the huge wall of glass windows that look out to the yard . The hot tub was nicely placed in an open area with a lovely view of the surroundings and the yard was very nicely landscaped with a cute herb garden . I liked the privacy of the house . There are a couple neighbors nearby , but they are blocked by trees . Amanda was a great host ! Very responsive and polite and accommodating. We didn’t want to leave !
